This video, filmed back in the spring of 2010, is the 30 minute on-court workout I took the DeMatha team through on my first full day as the program's strength and conditioning coach. Drills: cross court warm-up, dynamic flexibility, jump turns, tennis ball highest point (with 2nd jump), tennis ball first step (with 2nd ball), card catch, team tag, and the backboard snake.
